Online orders are fulfilled in-house, by hand, by us. We ship Monday-Friday (excluding holiday closures), and will work our hardest to fulfill your order within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping timeframes you see at checkout are representative of transit time, and do not account for time it takes to pack your order.
We currently pack and ship orders in the order they are received. All of our shipping is done through UPS as well as Flot (for local hand-delivery). We currently ship within the contiguous United States (aka the lower 48 states).
Free pickups are also available for any online orders. Just select Pickup at checkout, and we will alert you when your order is ready at our 8th Avenue location - 1016 8th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215.

Return & Exchanges:We understand that sometimes things don't work out! That's why we offer returns for Store Credit or Exchange only. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
Pantry or Sale items or products otherwise marked as Final Sale within their product descriptions are not eligible for Store Credit or Exchange.

Please keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any changes in value if the item isn't returned in its original condition. You can also return any item placed in-person or online to our 8th Avenue location within regular business hours.
Any store credit issued is valid for 6 months from the date we receive the returned item and does not cover any applicable shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are
not accepted after 14 days of receipt of your order placed in-store, or the date of delivered shipment for online orders.
Online orders may also be returned in person at our 8th Avenue location within 14 days of the date of delivered shipment during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your items for something new.
If you receive any items that were damaged in shipping, please take photos of the damaged item and all packaging materials including the box/parcel, and share the photos with us. We’ll work with you to find a proper solution / replacement right away.
