  • We process all orders during regular business hours, Monday-Friday. Depending on your shipping preferences at checkout, it may take 3-7 business days to be delivered to you, and we ship within 2-3 business days of your order.

  • We understand that sometimes things don't work out! Returns are accepted within 14 days total (inclusive of business and weekend-days) of receiving the product. To request a return, please email us at hello@ridergifts.com to begin the process.

  • We ship to the contiguous United States (also known as the lower 48 states). Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.

  • While we don’t currently offer individual gift wrapping, each order is packaged to be giftable right out of the box. If you would like us to include a handwritten note in your order, leave a note at checkout.
