A delicious, medium-colored honey, this New York Wildflower honey comes from western New York and is produced from a variety of nectar sources. It has a wonderful earthy sweetness and a subtle cooling flavor.
This honey is raw, meaning that it is not pasteurized and comes to you in its most natural and direct from the hive state. Origin: New York
ABOUT THE MAKER: Astor Apiaries is an urban bee farm based in Queens, NY, founded by Nick & Ashley Hoefly. We take care of urban hives across NYC and work with beekeepers across the country to curate our line of raw honey.
