We process all orders during regular business hours, Monday-Friday. Depending on your shipping preferences at checkout, it may take 3-7 business days to be delivered to you, and we ship within 2-3 business days of your order.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out! Returns are accepted within 14 days total (inclusive of business and weekend-days) of receiving the product. To request a return, please email us at hello@ridergifts.com to begin the process.

We ship to the contiguous United States (also known as the lower 48 states). Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.

While we don’t currently offer individual gift wrapping, each order is packaged to be giftable right out of the box. If you would like us to include a handwritten note in your order, leave a note at checkout.
