About Alex LaRosa
Alex LaRosa, a Park Slope native, opened her bakery in 2020 after the pandemic eliminated her job as a lingerie fashion designer. Searching for an outlet for her creativity and imagination, Alex transitioned her skills into buttercream design, sugar work and cake design. Alex is passionate about cake and cupcake design and feels lucky to have found her true calling. A self-taught baker, Alex creates custom decorated cakes and cupcakes that are as delicious as they are beautiful. Each cake is crafted individually using high quality ingredients and every element of the cake is edible.

About Astor Apiaries
It all started with a few hobby hives on a roof in Queens, NYC. The business quickly grew and now we manage more than 50 hives across the Big Apple. Our passion is beekeeping and we focus on the same quality care for each colony as we did when we only had 2 hives on the roof.

About Ecobay Farms
Ecobay Farms is an urban farm based in Brooklyn, New York that grows and delivers organic, non-GMO microgreens and other edible products to customers, restaurants, and cafes within 24 hours after harvesting. Located in Park Slope!
